These Yes4All grip plates are a nice upgrade from plain round plates. The integrated handles make them much easier to carry and load onto dumbbell bars—no more fumbling with slippery iron. The cast iron is solid, and they fit my 1-inch handles without wobbling. At $41.45 for four 5lb plates, the price is reasonable for the convenience. The only downside is that the grip cutouts can be a bit sharp on the edges; I wish they were smoothed out. Also, they're only 5lbs each, so you'll need more for heavier lifts. But for light to moderate work, these are great.
