Our take
Yes4All delivers a good combo with these two bars. The chrome finish is smooth and looks great, and the knurling provides a solid grip. The 480 LB capacity is more than enough for my curls and presses. I appreciate that they're both 1-inch diameter, meaning they fit standard plates. The set includes a straight bar for benching or squats and an EZ curl bar for arm isolation. The only downside is that the 1-inch size means you can't use Olympic plates, and the bars themselves are light (about 11 lbs combined).
